I thought I had written a review when we first started using Proven Pest, but didn't. We have been using them for almost a year now. We live on an old hay field and have had a terrible problem with ants everywhere — in the house, but especially around the pool, getting on everything. We could see immediate results and could enjoy the pool without all the tiny ants everywhere. Bailey is super nice and professional. Glad we went with Proven Pest!

It's not just about money for him. It's about building genuine relationships and serving his community in a godly manner.Cydney Houglum"These are the people you want to work with."
I just wanted to come on here and say these are the kinds of people you want to do work with. They helped us get rid of a flea infestation starting a few months ago. They're kind, trustworthy, and overall good, kind people. I don't want to put all of my business out there, but the owner today was so understanding, kind, and genuinely cares about the people he does services for. It's not just about money for him. It's about building genuine relationships and serving his community in a godly manner. I pray that him and his whole team have a wonderful holiday, because the kindness he just showed us was worth more than any gift you could ever receive. (Plus being bug free.)

Very pleased with the experience and price. We called for some treatments before the winter hit, they showed up on time and explained what they saw before they started the treatment. We ended up needing spider and mouse treatment and they came right back to make sure to get it done due to seeing some brown recluse. Bailey arrived promptly and was an absolute professional. He treated our office like it was his own and was incredibly thorough in his assessment.Jeannie Isbell"They Set the Bar High!"
Exceptional Service from Start to Finish - They Set the Bar High! I cannot say enough positive things about Proven Pest Control! When I called late yesterday afternoon with concerns about a slight rodent smell, I honestly wasn't expecting much given the time of day and the fact that this is peak season for rodents seeking warm shelter. But Proven Pest Control completely exceeded my expectations. They got me scheduled first thing this morning - talk about responsive! Bailey arrived promptly and was an absolute professional. He quickly identified the issue and showed genuine concern for resolving not just the immediate problem, but preventing future intrusions as well. What really impressed me was how Bailey took his time to walk me through preventative strategies, suggesting outdoor trap placements and pointing out specific areas around the property that might need attention to keep rodents from entering. He treated our office like it was his own and was incredibly thorough in his assessment. When I mentioned needing steel wool (which I'd been unable to find online), Bailey didn't hesitate - he made a call and was able to sell me a roll right then and there. That kind of flexibility and customer-first mentality is rare these days! It's clear why this company is experiencing substantial growth, and what impresses me most is that despite their expansion, they haven't lost that personal touch. The customer service remains top-notch across the board - from their efficient and clear invoicing system to the helpful appointment reminders. Every interaction feels personalized and professional. If you're looking for a pest control company that combines expertise, efficiency, genuine care, and outstanding customer service, excellent rates, look no further than Proven Pest Control. They've earned a customer for life! Highly recommended - 5 stars!

Great family company with fair prices. Thanks to Proven Pest, we've seen a great improvement!!Kylan Gascho"Proven Pest is the best around!"
Proven Pest is the best around! We had a major problem with brown recluse spiders on all 3 floors of our house! Carl & his son Titus came out and did a full treatment on the entire house, including dusting all the outlets, pop-fogging the attics & crawlspaces, etc. Since we had such an extreme case, Carl also returned for a follow-up treatment a week later to check up on everything… Thanks to Proven Pest, we've seen a great improvement!! Great family company with fair prices. We also scheduled a quarterly termite treatment with them!

I work for a medical group and we were exposed to bed bugs and didn't really realize it until time for us to close. I was given Carl Summers' number and information to call. I called and talked with Carl and told him my situation and asked if there was any way he could come and give me an estimate and also take care of my problem that night. I told Carl there was no way we could shut down and we had to be open the next day. Carl said he could meet me at the office in 45 minutes. I was so impressed he was able to work us into his schedule. He arrived and did a walk-through with me and was able to take care of us while he was here. Carl was very efficient and put me at ease, not knowing if we were going to have to close. He was very professional and knowledgeable and let me know he would be able to take care of our problem. I would definitely recommend Carl Summers with Proven Pest Solutions if you have any problems in the future. He will definitely be at the top of my list. Wanda

Carl has the credentials, knowledge, and work ethic to tackle whatever pest problem you are having, so give him a call.Mike"Credentials, Knowledge, and Work Ethic"
I was not paid nor did I receive anything in return for this review. This is a family-owned business. Carl is responsive, professional, courteous, and takes extreme pride in his company. He listens attentively and will work to address your problem. My elderly mother had a severe bed bug problem that was not treated properly by another company. Carl did everything to listen and work with both of us to tackle this problem. It will take some time to know if the service was a complete success, but I'm positive he did everything possible and I'm already happy with his response and service. Carl has the credentials, knowledge, and work ethic to tackle whatever pest problem you are having, so give him a call.

He went above and beyond what I had asked to get the job done. He found like four other nests that I didn't even know I had.jake thompson"Professional, respectful, and killed hundreds of wasps"
Carl came out at the time we agreed upon, seemed eager to help me, and went above and beyond what I had asked to get the job done. He gave me advice on what to do next and told me to call him back if I had any more questions, and encouraged me to make some changes that would prevent the problem from happening again. He found like four other nests that I didn't even know I had. I hired him to get rid of two wasp nests I found on my porch under the paneling of the ceiling. Overall, he was professional, respectful, and killed a few hundred wasps.

He wasn't pushy about his services but definitely gave us enough info to understand how important it is to protect our home.Alejandra Ortiz"Highly Recommend!"
I called Carl about removing a wasp's nest that was on our pergola. I also asked a lot of questions after shopping around for pest control for our home we just bought, and he was very patient, thorough, and knowledgeable when responding to all of our questions. He came out right away, took care of our problem at a fair price, and went above and beyond by removing some other things that were hanging around our pergola. He stayed afterwards and consulted with us about some concerns we had and how to prevent things before they become a problem. He wasn't pushy about his services but definitely gave us enough info to understand how important it is to protect our home. We will definitely be starting recurring pest and termite services with him, and we are very pleased we found someone in the area we feel we can trust and who cares about what he's doing. Thank you, Carl — happy to be working with your company! Highly recommend!

Excellent and honest people. We called them because we were having a problem with a nest of yellow jackets in our yard. They took control of the situation. They also inspected the entire house for pest prevention, including the attic and crawl space. They fumigated inside and outside the house, including the yard, for a very fair price. Carl also went the extra mile because he noticed that a vent in our attic wasn't working and he fixed it. We are very happy to have called them and we want to continue working with them.
